Dear Mr Goshen
and staff,
I would
like to start out by thanking you for a wonderful experience on 12.14.2011. I
know you did not know this in advance, or did you know me from a can of paint,
But I am a "self proclaimed" car buying expert. I have been born and raised in
Philadelphia Pa and have been selling new and used cars since 1988. I would like
you to know that dealing with Red River Dodge was a suprising and delightful
experience. As a retired college in the business I threw every objection I could
think of at you guys, also even backward negotiated the price knowing exactly
how much you would need to take off the truck or add to my trade to meet my
desired payment. I came to you with a trade in and you stepped up big time and
where not afraid to crush everyone else's trade evaluation on my used truck. I
also was amazed at your financing abilities considering my previous situation
due to my illness that forced me to retire. I walked in and could not tell if I
was greeted by a customer, a hunter, or a sales guy. The relaxed family fun
atmosphere was truly refreshing, I seen smiles everywhere. Mitch Ward the owner,
I threw objections at him he has never heard and he was wonderful and
understanding. Needless to say, coming from big city life and big city car
dealers where pressure gimmicks and false promises is number one rule of sales,
I came to you with my guard on high alert. The amount of new car stores I was in
my life either buying inventory for my lots or selling is countless. I have
never seen a little town dealership as amazing and friendly as yours. I want you
to know that if there is anyone I know, in any part of this country looking for
a new Dodge, Ram, or good used vehicle, I would not hesitate to send them you
way. I would also like to apologize for my buying techiness, I was not prepared
to be treated so good, and I knew if I acted like I was disinterested, had
objections I would have my best shot at the deal I wanted. Red River Dodge and
the staff, Bravo! You guys are awesome. Hopefully you will let me come in and
get my next truck in a few years. And Bobby, Sorry I was a pain in the butt, I
was expecting the worse but got the best. I am still adjusting to Arkansas life,
next time will be a lot easier. I keep finding reasons I love it here. God Bless
all of you!
Respectfully;
George
